Manager - Regulatory & Operations Support

Position Summary :

Lead and manage all aspects of regulatory compliance and operations support services within WhiteWater ensuring safety compliance quality and customer satisfaction while driving process improvement team coordination and business growth.

Hiring Requirements :

• Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7 years experience in Water or Wastewater management compliance or environmental engineering.
• 3 years of experience in a leadership position responsible for directing and coordinating staf f subcontractors and consultants and making organizational decisions.
• Must have minimum v alid water or wastewater licenses T1-DW or 3M-WW .
• E xceptional organizational skills and ability to make independent decisions and multi-task.
• Demonstrated experience in directing and coordinating staff subcontractors and consultants.
• OSHA 10 General Industry Certification or ability to obtain during pre-employment (company provided online training).
• Obtain and maintain a DOT medical card and pass pre-employment drug screen .
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid unrestricted Drivers License.
