Speech Language Pathologist

Position : Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), up to 32 hours per week with possibility of full-time

School : Partnership Academy

Salary : Competitive salary; $45,000-$85,000 depending on experience

Dates : 2025-2026 school year, and beyond

Function : A speech-language pathologist (SLP) in a school setting supports students' communication needs by assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. They work closely with teachers, families, and other specialists to help students develop effective communication skills, which are essential for academic success and social development. SLPs may provide direct therapy, consult on classroom strategies, and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students with speech and language challenges.

Qualifications :

• PELSB / MN Department of Education Speech Language Pathologist License (Required)
• Licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health as a Speech Pathologist (strongly preferred)
• Spanish speaker (preferred but not required)
• Experience working in a school or education setting (preferred but not required)
