As our new Front Office Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for visitors and teammates at our organization. This position is responsible for creating a warm and professional environment by providing excellent customer service, management of the front desk and assisting with various administrative tasks. We are looking for someone with a calm, white-glove hospitality mindset, a polished demeanor, and the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
YOUR EXPERIENCE + SKILLS
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, Office Manager working in a corporate or start-up tech environment
- College degree required
- Proficient with GoogleSuite, macOS Tahoe
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with other teams
- Has a hospitality mindset and passion for building inspiring, functional spaces where people love to work
- Ability to work independently at the front desk with minimal supervision

Provide a welcoming and high-quality hospitality experience for clients, visitors, and employeesGreet clients and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out processAssist with inquiries, provide information, and address general questionsCollaborate with teammates and other departments to ensure efficient operationsServe as a go-to contact for miscellaneous office needs across multiple departments (lunch orders, snacks, lost and found, onboarding, announcements)Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and effectiveness of the following areas : front desk, lobby, and main conference roomMaintain security by following procedures and controlling access to the facilityAdministrative Support
