First Vice President & Manager, Nonprofit Services

This role offers the unique opportunity to oversee a dedicated department serving nonprofit clients, while shaping the bank's approach to nonprofit partnerships, credit quality, and community impact. You'll guide strategy, lead business development, and deepen relationships with clients who are making a difference every day.

• Create and implement marketing and business development plans that align with client needs, industry trends, and the Bank's mission-driven reputation
• Set and achieve business development goals, while ensuring credit quality and portfolio health
• Build, nurture, and maintain lasting partnerships with nonprofit clients and community leaders
• Mentor and support a team of bankers and client managers
• Represent the Bank with nonprofits and civic organizations
• Contribute to key committees including Asset Liability, Loan, and CRA, and lead initiatives such as LIHTC equity investments
