Come and join us! We are seeking a dynamic Oracle Data Platform Sales Leader to drive growth and customer success across our comprehensive suite of Oracle Data Platform solutions. The ideal candidate brings proven expertise in enterprise sales leadership, a deep understanding of cloud and data platform technologies, and a passion for supporting customers on their modernization and digital transformation journeys. In this critical role, you will lead a high-performing team of Data Platform sales professionals, partnering with clients to deliver business outcomes powered by Oracle's Cloud Data Platformincluding Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Autonomous Database, Analytics, Data Integration, Security, and next-generation data services.

As a Sales Leader, you will be a master of sales execution, resource enablement, and stakeholder managementfrom direct reports and pre-sales, to inside sales and channel partners. You will inspire your team to develop impactful account strategies, accelerate new customer acquisition, drive cloud adoption and consumption, and close complex enterprise data platform deals at the C-suite level.

Key Focus Areas :

• Oracle Cloud Data Platform : Autonomous Database, Cloud DW, Data Lakehouse, Data Integration, Analytics, Security, and AI / ML-enabled data services.
• Cloud Migration & Modernization : Applications and data workloads moving to Oracle Cloud, hybrid and multi-cloud strategies.
• Industry Solutions : Enabling vertical market customers to unlock value from their data through industry-specific use cases.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $122,200 to $270,800 per annum. May be eligible for equity and compensation deferral. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45 / 55. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Oracle US offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes the following : 1.
