Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to generate mortgage loans.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision makers within the real estate industry as well as those with influence to refer business, to include Real Estate Brokers / Agents, Home Builders, Title Companies, Insurance Companies, Appraisers, Financial Advisors, etc.
Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for generating new business.
Keep up to date on all of the newest marketing trends within the industry and advise management of new products or services that should be evaluated.
Maintain the company's social media presence and work with Loan Officers to develop their marketing plans on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snap Chat, YouTube, etc.
Play an integral role in setting marketing plans within the company CRM and evaluating the effectiveness.
Deliver marketing classes to our internal Loan Officers.
Develop, coordinate and deliver classes to specific referral sources to strengthen the relationship with FCM.
Attend outside functions as needed such as business development calls with Loan Officers, company sponsored and community events, and company meetings.
Review marketing materials to ensure it meets bank and regulatory compliance requirements and maintain records.
