What You'll Do

• Build Relationships : Meet with current and prospective clients one-on-one and at organized events to foster trust and drive referrals.
• Own Your Schedule : Manage your own time and territory to maximize face-to-face interaction with high-value referral sources.
• Drive Revenue : Focus on developing relationships, closing opportunities, and handing off the work to our skilled production team.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with internal staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Create Strategy : Develop outreach strategies, marketing presentations, and onboarding plans tailored to your territory.
• Support Clients : Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and integrity while communicating the value of our services.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, business development, or account management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel locally and represent our brand at meetings, events, and networking functions.
