This is a hybrid position. Candidate must live in the metro Atlanta area since the position requires in-person availability a few times a week.

Responsible for : Supports the physician and advanced practice provider recruitment, onboarding and retention functions for the Physician Enterprise.

Minimum education required : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Social Sciences, or related field required.

Minimum experience required : Three (3) years of progressive work experience in physician recruitment, physician relations, or a related field required.

Minimum licensure / certification required by law : None.
