Net Revenue Accountant
Location : Orlando, FL (Hybrid Schedule)
Compensation : $85,000 - $100,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities of the Net Revenue Accountant
Prepare, analyze, and reconcile monthly net revenue reports across multiple hospitals and entities
Partner with CFOs and senior finance leaders to explain revenue variances to budget and forecast
Develop and maintain AR reserve models , month-end close packages, and supporting documentation
Record and review journal entries, reconciliations, and projections for patient AR and net revenue accounts
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and healthcare revenue recognition standards
Support budgeting and forecasting processes , providing data-driven insights for revenue planning
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in revenue reporting
Assist with audit requests and annual financial reviews , ensuring completeness and accuracy
Qualifications
Required :
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
4+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial reporting and month-end close
Strong understanding of hospital net revenue accounting and AR processes
Advanced Excel skills , including financial modeling and data analysis
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
Preferred :
CPA or related professional certification
Prior experience in healthcare or hospital systems (multi-entity experience a plus)
Exposure to revenue modeling software or healthcare financial analytics tools
