Position Summary :
The Staffing Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for candidates, clients, and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the staffing team. This role ensures smooth daily operations of the front desk while assisting with recruitment coordination, data entry, and general office duties.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist visitors, candidates, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate staff.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate meeting times for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist applicants with completing forms, applications, and onboarding paperwork.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies inventory.
- Support staffing consultants with job postings, candidate follow-ups, and reference checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and interview area.
- Ensure confidentiality of all employee and applicant information.
- Perform other administrative or support duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.1–2 years of administrative, receptionist, or staffing agency experience preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Professional appearance and demeanor.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
