This role is an essential member of our HR organization and drives our successes in project implementation. You will be an advocate for and guide others through project standards in methodologies and tools. Leveraging your HR and project management expertise you will build upon or establish best practices challenging the status quo and support / building our continuous improvement culture.

- Build on our project management standards across Human Resources including (but not limited to) project planning fundamentals execution and governance.
- Partner and collaborate across HR functional teams in establishing project management standards and fundamentals
- Establish and manage meaningful project tracking tools to support succinct yet comprehensive updates awareness and understanding of status
- Provide guidance and support to project leads for various projects on the HR roadmap
- Deliver related training and communications to the HR organizations to educate and build knowledge of project management fundamentals
- Incorporate internal audit standards and best practices into our project ways of working
- Act as a project leader for identified projects when necessary
- Act as a critical member of the HR Operations team also supporting Continuous Improvement activities

Requirements :
5 Years of progressive HR experience in a global companyMaintain subject matter expertise in project management standards and best practicesExceptional organizational skills with attention to detailsResourcefulness and ability to find answers quicklyAdaptable to different customer types andsituationsStrong consultative skills and ability to influencewithout direct authorityAbility to effectively challenge senior leaders when appropriateStrong analytical problem-solving decision-makingskillsExecutive presence and ability to effectively communicate to various audience levelsPreferred :
5 Years in project management capacityExisting familiarity or experience in Flowserve and / or Flowserve Human ResourcesAssociates degree or higher in Human Resources or related fieldPMP CertificationMedical Dental & Vision Insurance (including FSA and HSA options)
