About the Role :
We are seeking a tech-savvy, highly organized, reliable, and trustworthy Personal / Family Assistant to support a business owner who operates childcare centers. This is a part-time to full-time, in-person position that blends personal, family, and business-related responsibilities. You’ll be a critical part of keeping the business owner, household, and his team running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities :
Administrative & Business Support
Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and scheduling needsHandle financial tasks including bank deposits, basic bookkeepingPrepare, print, and organize business materialsConduct property-related maintenanceMaintain a well-organized office environment, including filing systems and supply inventoryCommunicate professionally on behalf of the owner via phone, email, and textLiaise with property managers, employees, and vendors to support daily operations of household and businessComputer literacy and ability to operate standard office equipment, including, but not limited to, computer, scanners, copier, laminator, shredderExercise strict confidentiality and discretion with sensitive personal informationSocial media creation and managementErrands & Personal Support
Complete personal and family errands including grocery runs, dry cleaning, Amazon returns, plant watering,Assist with transporting children, age 11 and 7 from school and lessonsProvide homework support for childrenDaily Housekeeping items, such as laundry, kitchen tidiness, vacuuming, dog walking, dusting, organizing.Requirements :
Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license and auto insuranceMust love children, pet and have a go-getter attitude and be able to problem solveHighly organized with excellent time managementTech-savvy : Microsoft Office, email, texting, CanvaStrong written and verbal communicationTrustworthy and discreet with personal informationPhysically able to lift light loads and maintain light cleaningWilling to undergo a background check , credit check , and reference check1-year minimum commitmentPreferred Qualifications :
