We are hiring immediately for a Sales Manager in our Petrochemical and Refinery sector in the Corpus Christi TX Area -a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity heating and cooling they need.

What youll do :

D evelop and execute sales and marketing plan for developing business including product revenue targets

Identify and evaluate potential new opportunities and provide suitable recommendation to boost sales of products / increase market share

Ensure the attainment of monthly quarterly and annual revenue targets

Ensure optimal team performance and capability by providing day-to-day leadership coaching development and corrective action.

Ensure that assigned sector attracts develops and retains the highest quality sales talent available in the marketplace.

Were experts which means youll have the following skills and experience :

3 to 5 years of successful sales management experience

Entrepreneurial Mindset

Prior experience coaching and developing sales representatives

Sales leadership acumen

Bachelors degree or relevant work experience
