Leading the restaurant during a shift and ensuring our guests have an excellent experienceDelegating responsibilities to Team Members to ensure they are exceeding guest expectationsMaintaining cleanliness and organization and ensuring proper set up and breakdown in all restaurant areasOwning open, mid-day or closing routine / procedures for the next shiftAssist in training new hires and developing high performersWho we look for :

Kitchen workspace is restricted & without seating while on duty. It is usually hot and noisyWalking, bending, twisting reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling or moving objects that weigh up to 50 poundsStorage is limited and shelving is high upAt peak periods, may be under pressure to prepare food quickly to keep up with customer demandOn-the-line communication and job rotationShort-term exposure to cooler and walk in freezer to pull food items and use of ladder to reach containers on high shelvingEquipment Used : oven, dough sheeter, dough press & mixer, serving utensils, food preparation equipment, cleaning products and equipmentPieology is an equal opportunity employer.
