Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric clients, including children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, and autism spectrum disorder. This role involves delivering personalized therapy in home and community-based settings to support children's functional independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct evaluations to assess fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
- Provide therapy sessions in individual or small group formats
- Collaborate with speech therapists, families, and caregivers for coordinated care
- Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
- Educate families and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies for home use

Qualifications :
