One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our Virginia Beach team. The Electrician will be responsible for managing and performing the electrical service calls, installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems and components in existing and new unit installations for residential homes. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring techniques, safety procedures, and building codes. The ideal candidate has a proven ability to diagnose issues efficiently, perform quality work, and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements :

• Manage and perform the electrical service calls.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components, including wiring, circuit breakers, outlets, lighting, and control systems, in existing and new unit installations for residential homes.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues efficiently and effectively, using appropriate testing equipment and tools.
• Ensure that all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
• Partner with the administration team to properly schedule permits and inspection.
• Follow all OSHA, NEC (National Electrical Code), and company safety protocols to create a safe working environment.
• Communicate with homeowners regarding electrical issues, provide clear explanations of work to be done, and quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Quote potential work orders while on site.
• Accurately complete work orders, maintain records of repairs and installations, and document any necessary follow-up actions.
• Perform routine maintenance on existing electrical systems and advise on system upgrades to improve efficiency and safety.
• Work closely with installation, administration, service, and management for project completion.

Required Skills
