    • Job Description : As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our customers. You'll ensure their needs are met in a timely and collaborative manner. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Serving as the primary internal representative of our organization
  • Demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Providing expertise on our products, services, and capabilities to customers
  • Communicating customer requirements to the support team according to company policies
  • Handling phone calls, emails, customer inquiries, orders, in person or over the phone
  • Determining service charges, collecting deposits
  • Proactively engaging potential customers by answering questions and promoting additional products and services

    • Role Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in conducting customer needs assessments and maintaining high service quality standards
  • Strong Computer Skills with Software programs a plus
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and teammates
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A passion for helping people and finding solutions for customers
  • Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and solve problems effectively
