What Were Looking For :

Proven commercial HVAC service experience (Min 5 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems)

Strong heating-season troubleshooting skills

A safety-first mindset (especially in winter conditions)

Professional communication with customers and teammates alike

EPA Universal License required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
