About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Operations / COO to join their Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational backbone of the organization, including supply chain and pharmacy operations, clinical operations, and customer experience. This role demands an individual who is adept at building systems, scaling teams, and driving measurable business outcomes. The Head of Operations will work closely with the CEO and other leaders to ensure the company's strategy is effectively executed, and that the business scales efficiently and compliantly.

Key responsibilities for the Head of Operations / COO include overseeing the end-to-end supply chain, managing relationships with various partners, and driving cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulations. In clinical operations, the role involves leading in partnership with the Medical Director, overseeing provider scheduling, and building scalable processes to maintain patient safety and clinical excellence. The Head of Operations will also be tasked with managing the customer support organization, improving customer satisfaction, and translating feedback into actionable insights. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operations, finance, or general management, with a proven track record in a high-growth, venture-backed digital health, telehealth, or consumer wellness company, and experience in a regulated industry with complex compliance frameworks.
