Position : Healthcare Marketer – Hospice | Home Health | Palliative Care

Location : Lewisville, TX

Schedule : Full-Time

Key Responsibilities :

Develop Strategic Marketing Plans

Collaborate with Senior Leadership to develop comprehensive marketing strategies

Identify key referral sources : physicians, hospitals, long-term care facilities, group homes, and more

Manage Referral Relationships

Build and nurture strong connections with healthcare providers

Educate referral sources about Aspen’s Hospice, Home Health, and Palliative Care services

Lead Community Outreach

Represent Aspen at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities

Organize educational workshops for both professionals and the general public

Analyze & Adapt

Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and patient needs

Use data to refine strategies and maximize impact

Track & Report Success

Monitor referral trends, marketing ROI, and community engagement

Report results and insights to senior leadership

Maintain Compliance

Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to HIPAA, anti-kickback laws, and healthcare regulations

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred

2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare

Strong communication, relationship-building skills

Familiarity with healthcare referral networks and community outreach

Self-starter with a heart for service and a head for strategy
