About the company :
- Salary range : $200,000 - $280,000 annually
- Bonus plan : Eligible for annual performance bonus

What You'll Do at Vice President of Information Systems :
Lead the development and implementation of AI and automation strategies to enhance operations, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making.Build and mentor a high-performing IT team that thrives on service, collaboration, and accountability.Define and execute a scalable IT roadmap aligned with business objectives, ensuring agility, innovation, and resilience across systems and platforms.Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and implement strategic technology solutions that fuel growth and improve efficiency.Oversee enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.), ensuring integration, optimization, and scalability.Strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture through robust compliance, risk mitigation, and incident response planning.Drive IT financial planning and manage vendor relationships to maximize ROI and strategic value.Establish KPIs to track technology performance, project milestones, and impact on business outcomes.Qualifications needed of a Vice President of Information Systems :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field8+ years of progressive IT experience, including 2+ years in a senior leadership roleStrong experience leading cross-functional AI and automation initiativesProven success scaling IT strategy and infrastructure in dynamic, multi-brand environments-ideally in consumer goods, retail, or food sectorsExpertise in IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems (e.g., Windows Server, Microsoft 365, ERP)#LI-EM1 #ZRCFSTECH #INJUL2025 #INAUG2025 #LI-onsite
