Overview

Growing real estate investment firm with offices in New York is looking for a Finance Associate. The Finance Associate will handle daily settlement trade operations and support finance processes across the investment lifecycle.

Base pay range : $85,000.00 / yr - $105,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Handle daily settlement trade operations.
• Review and monitor investment / trade markets.
• Process security transactions and manage daily trade reporting.
• Collaborate with Brokers, Auditors, and other finance personnel.
• Reconcile trade statements and assist with budgets, monthly / annual close and reporting.
• Prepare investor reports and support audits; review trade compliance processes.
