A senior trial attorney at a respected civil litigation firm in Irvine has just stepped into a managing partners caseload and now he needs a right hand. Someone who knows how to jump into active files manage deadlines and keep cases moving without constant direction.

This is a full-time in-office role not because the firm doesnt trust remote work but because the volume is real and collaboration is constant. Youll be part of a tight-knit team known for tackling everything from personal injury to construction defect and brain injury defense. Think real lawyering real trial prep and real responsibility.

What Youll Be Trusted With :

Drafting and formatting pleadings discovery and pre-trial documents

Summarizing depositions and medical records

Managing case calendars hearings and trial dates

Coordinating with court personnel clients and expert witnesses

Filing documents with state and federal courts (electronic and physical)

Keeping the attorney organized and ahead of the curve on all deadlines

What You Bring :

Strong background in civil litigation (insurance defense is a plus)

Deep familiarity with the CA Code of Civil Procedure and local rules

Ability to work independently and juggle multiple active files

No paralegal certificate requiredyour experience speaks for itself

Excellent communication writing and time management skills

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary range : $80000 to $100000 depending on experience
