Responsibilities
Client Engagement Meet with prospective clients to understand and identify their insurance needs, offering tailored solutions that best protect their assets.
Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, trust, and loyalty.
Policy Sales Present and sell insurance policies by customizing offerings to match individual client requirements.
Goal Achievement Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by applying strong product knowledge and proven sales techniques.
Market Research Stay informed on industry trends, products, and competitors to provide clients with relevant and up-to-date guidance.
Continuous Development Actively participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and sales strategies.
Requirements
Licensing Must hold a valid Illinois Property & Casualty License (Life & Health License a plus).
Experience Prior experience in insurance sales or a related customer-focused field is preferred.
Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with clients.
Customer-Focused Proactive approach to understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.
Professionalism High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all client and team interactions.
Sales Acumen Proven ability to close sales, overcome objections, and consistently achieve targets.
Organizational Skills Strong time management and task prioritization skills to handle multiple clients and responsibilities efficiently.
