Private Practice in Auburn currently accepting applications for driven, energetic, and success-oriented Front Desk Coordinators.

SCHEDULE :

  • Monday, -Thusrday 7 : 45-5 : 15 pm Friday : 7 : 45-3 : 15 pm
  • 36 to 40 hours / week

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner
  • Collect co-payments and verify insurance coverage
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments
  • Prepare new patient records neatly and accurately
  • Create insurance claims and submit pre-authorizations to insurance companies on a timely basis
  • Maintain a clean and professional office environment
  • Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • At least 1 year of Dental Front Office experience required
  • Customer Service / Receptionist experience
  • Knowledge of Open Dental software is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Self-motivated with the ability to exceed patient expectations
  • Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks
  • Flexibility to support change, with varying schedules as necessary
  • Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills
