We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Hayward, California. This role requires precision, efficiency, and familiarity with data entry processes and software. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Accurately input and update data into designated systems and databases.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
  • Utilize Yardi software to manage and process information effectively.
  • Handle waitlist data entry and ensure accurate tracking and management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Provide general administrative support, including typing and document preparation.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency with Yardi software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  • Knowledge of Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) processes is preferred.
  • Ability to manage waitlist input and tracking efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.
