We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Hayward, California. This role requires precision, efficiency, and familiarity with data entry processes and software. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth administrative operations.
Responsibilities :
- Accurately input and update data into designated systems and databases.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy access and retrieval.
- Utilize Yardi software to manage and process information effectively.
- Handle waitlist data entry and ensure accurate tracking and management.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Provide general administrative support, including typing and document preparation.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with Yardi software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Knowledge of Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) processes is preferred.
- Ability to manage waitlist input and tracking efficiently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Capacity to handle sensitive information with discretion.
