job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead effector function testing for biologics and support preclinical development Design and execute cell-based assays including ELISAs luciferase reporter assays and flow cytometry Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure data integrity and timely documentation Maintain lab compliance drive operational improvements and support quality initiatives Supervise and mentor team members manage workflow and conduct performance reviews Bachelors degree in biology chemistry or related field Extensive experience in mammalian cell culture and cell-based assay development Proficiency in ELISA luciferase reporter assays and flow cytometry Strong leadership organizational and communication skills Authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely without sponsorship Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis relocation support is available Position is full-time 8 : 00 am- 5 : 00 pm Overtime as needed.
