Job Title : Technology Support Specialist I

Location : Columbia, SC (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities :

• Address and resolve a range of technical issues for our client.
• Research and respond to support requests efficiently.
• Update documentation and processes as needed.
• Manage and document support requests, handling 80% of inquiries.
• Escalate complex problems to the appropriate team (15% of the time).

Perform administrative tasks as required (5% of the time).

Skills Required :

Strong multitasking, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Work Hours :

Flexibility for overtime is preferred.
