As part of the Open Road Collision group DBA Car Crafters Collision we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. Were currently seeking a motivated solutions - driven individual to join our team as a Parts Coordinator .

Key Responsibilities :

• Take full ownership of the establishment management and growth of the Parts Department.
• Identify and implement effective workflows to ensure operational excellence.
• Communicate regularly with vendors service advisors estimators and technicians.
• Handle parts invoicing returns and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with our central parts ordering department to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve departmental concerns routing issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to special requests and ensure overall department efficiency and organization.
