Summary of Position

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide effective instruction in the subject area, helping to fulfill the College’s goal of providing a quality education for all students attending CTC. Minimum Required Education A Master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education with 18 graduate hours in the appropriate discipline. Minimum Required Experience One year of teaching experience at the post-secondary or secondary level in an appropriate academic discipline is preferred. Experience with online or technology- enhanced curriculum is preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Possess a demonstrated knowledge in the subject matter being taught.
• Be able to teach the subject matter effectively and communicate clearly with students
• Computer skills including Microsoft Suite including ability to download and install software, sending and receiving emails with attachments.
• Ability to learn Blackboard, Eagle Self Service and Etrieve electronic form system
