Job Description The selection of the TA’s is done on a competitive basis, and to be considered you must be enrolled for 6 credits per a Trimester, submit your Resume and meet the TA requirements listed below. Award will be $500 for a semester period of dedicated work and commitment. Duties & Responsibilities

While a teaching assistant is expected to contribute in many ways to the class, typical responsibilities include the following :

• Support technical tools for running the class
• Prepare materials required by the professor
• Check attendance
• Prepare, maintain, and update website materials
• Attend class meetings (on campus or virtual)
• Prepare progress reports, summarize project results
• Presence in the class 100% Qualification Standards
• Experience with Excel, specialized software, or datasets, as required by the supervisor
• Satisfactory academic progress, as defined by the supervisor
