Georgia Military College is seeking to hire current students to participate in our  Federal Work Study  Program at all of our campus locations!

Qualifications to work for FWS are as follows. Students  MUST :

Eligibility for participation in the FWS Program is determined by Financial Aid.  If your financial aid file / FAFSA is not complete at the time that your application is submitted, there  will be  a delay processing your eligibility for the Program. To ensure quick turnaround time from when your application is submitted to when you’re notified of your eligibility, it’s recommended to check with your Campus Financial Aid Office and establish that your financial aid file is completed prior to applying.

Georgia Military College employees are required to enroll in direct deposit as the institution does not issue paychecks. New hires will be required to upload account information for direct deposit within the onboarding process prior to their start date. Employees have the ability to add, remove, and change account information within their Paycom Employee Self-Service portal.

Completion of application and / or approved eligibility does not guarantee placement in a FWS position.

Students  MUST  pass a Background Screen before being officially hired.
