Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Reformer and Mat Pilates. Experience with Barre, TRX, Circuit Training a plus. We have a new piece of equipment called the Fuse Ladder that is very popular in our studio. I am willing to train the right person to teach these classes as well. Having knowledge of anatomy and physiology, to effectively guide clients through their fitness journeys. As a Pilates Instructor, you will create a welcoming environment that promotes health and wellness while helping clients achieve their fitness goals through tailored instruction.

• Responsibilities
• Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety.
• Develop customized workout programs based on individual client needs and fitness levels.
• Provide guidance on anatomy and physiology to enhance clients' understanding of body mechanics during exercises.
• Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in Pilates, fitness, and wellness to continuously improve class offerings.
• Must be a team player to help create a warm and welcoming environment for all.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and class programming
• Certification in Pilates instruction from an accredited organization is preferred.
• Additional certifications and experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
• A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay : $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours : 4 – 12 per week
