Tax Senior with HYBRID work schedule, excellent pay and benefits!!

I'm partnering with a well-established regional public accounting firm with multiple offices across Massachusetts , and we're actively hiring a Tax Senior to join their expanding team! This firm is known for its low turnover, hybrid flexibility, and strong internal career paths — and they're hiring immediately due to growth and retirements.

Position Highlights :

Hybrid : 2–3 days remote , 2–3 days in office

Busy season : 50–55 hrs / week

Off-season : 37.5 hrs / week

Strong client mix : nonprofits, small businesses, manufacturing, and auto dealerships

Work includes 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, 1065, and 990s

Ideal for CPA or EA licensed pros , or those actively pursuing

Compensation & Benefits :

$80K–$95K base salary + DOE
