Job Description :

Vision Implementors is seeking a contract Event Planner / Producer to join their team in Columbus. This role involves planning and executing events for their association management clients. This is a hybrid position, combining work-from-home event planning with on-the-ground event production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Traffic Controller : Coordinate communications with clients and vendors. Manage the client’s event calendar and schedule meetings.
• Detail Whisperer : Manage event details, including timelines, budgets, vendor relations, and day-of coordination.
• Solutions Wizard : Problem-solve creatively and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Friendly Face : Engage with attendees at events and handle challenging situations with decorum.
• Sponge : Collaborate with the team, share experience, and learn from others.
