Assists in creating and following mechanical and electrical design schedule, from specification concept to system up completion, while keeping to an overall project schedule. Product and instruments testing includes; Development & Validation of Controls of the power-shift transmission for Large Trucks and Dozers, design and testing of the model-based control systems for large vehicles in a virtual simulation environment, Validation large vehicle control systems via analysis of data obtained from simulation testing, lab testing and field testing. Analyze plant processes, design and implement improvements Troubleshooting issues with hardware and processes. Design, develop, and validate drivetrain control systems for OEM and machine applications. Salary $98,000+ / yr DOE. Position is in Mossville, IL.
