Building Manager Apprentice

• Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
• Manage building inventory, equipment, and service contracts.
• Conduct weekly and monthly property, assets and safety systems inspections to maintain compliance and quality standards.
