As a Technical Success Manager (TSM) , you’ll be the trusted advisor and technical backbone for our clients. You’ll balance hands-on system administration with strategic technology guidance, keeping environments secure, reliable, and future-proof.
What You’ll Do
- Turn our clients into raving fans by building trust and rapport.
- Act as the primary technical expert for assigned client environments.
- Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize systems to prevent downtime and improve performance.
- Serve as a go-to resource for escalated issues, solving problems with speed and precision.
- Collaborate with vCIO to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Standardize and document processes, ensuring clients receive consistent, world-class support.
Requirements
3+ years of success in system administration, IT operations, or MSP support.Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365 / Azure, networking, and virtualization.Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and environments without dropping the ball.A proactive mindset! You don’t just react, you anticipate.Clear communication skills (you can explain technical things to non-technical people).Failure isn't an option mindset.Benefits
