Job Title : Senior Financial Analyst

Department : Neurosurgery

Location : Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania- 3400 Spruce St

Hours : Full Time

Summary :

• The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for creation and updating of all presentation documents to senior leadership, complex accounting analysis, and month end close entry preparation and review. The Senior Financial Analyst has a great understanding of the Operating budgets and is involved in the build each year. The Senior Financial Analyst has the ability to attend and present information in the Director's absence. The Senior Financial Analyst mainly communicates with managers and senior leadership within the department, as well as other corporate departments (A / P, Purchasing, Finance, Capital Accounting). Minimal contact with outside vendors.

Responsibilities :

Education or Equivalent Experience :

Bachelor of Arts or Science (Required)

And 4+ years experience in a Finance department, with a progressive accounting and budgeting, for a Healthcare System.

Master of Arts or Science (preferred)
