LPN, Whitman Primary Care, 20 hours

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Nursing Coordinator LPN is responsible for participating in and coordinating all clinical support activities in the Practice and for providing professional clinical assistance to patients within the practice supporting the physicians. Working directly with the physicians, the Nurse Coordinator is the liaison between the patient and the physicians for establishing and maintaining quality patient care and will perform all duties in accordance with clinic protocols and procedures.

Routine duties include but are not limited to the following :

• Vaccine / Injection Administration
• Infusions
• Phlebotomy
• Patient Education / Training
• Clinical Staff Training and Maintenance of Competencies
• Insurance authorization (Medications / Procedures)

Compensation Range : $27.88- $40.38
