We are seeking a Copy Editor to join our Research Services team in Phoenix . The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, insightful research reports and articles to help clients make informed investment decisions.

Responsibilities :

  • Review research reports to ensure quality and error-free deliverables across North America.
  • Copyedit and proofread research materials for clarity, grammar, consistency, accuracy, and tone.
  • Abridge content to fit within size restrictions.
  • Edit charts and graphs in research products.
  • Recommend edits based on target audience, conventions, and style guide (AP style).
  • Coach Research Analysts to improve their writing skills.
  • Coordinate workflow to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain department style guides and documentation.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in English, journalism, or related field preferred.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with excellent grammar and syntax.
  • Attention to detail, organization, and process management skills.
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate schedules, track deliverables, and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate well within a team.
  • Deep knowledge of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and AP style.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, InCopy, Illustrator, and MS Office.
