The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, a confident and outgoing personality, a professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver world-class customer service. 1-2 years of experience is preferred but not required.

He or she must be self-motivated and willing to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota (or more!) on an ongoing basis.   RESPONSIBILITIES Helps customers with vehicle selection and promote model options and features, value-added products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits and all other rules of the road are followed Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements Maintains accurate sales documentation Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required Helps educate / train new staff members Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS Previous 1-2 years of Automotive sales experience Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, co-workers, management, and others Must be able to combine customer service skills with a strong close Must not have bounced from one sales job to the next Must be a "people person" but still know how to control the deal Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time Must have a valid and clean NY state driver's license Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check Basic computer and internet skills A track record of successful sales, high earnings, and a portfolio of previous customers Must have an energetic and enthusiastic approach to customer interaction.

Must have strong computer skills and follow the sales process.

BENEFITS Wage :
