The MV-75 Future Long Range Assault Aircraft (FLRAA) is the Premier Vertical Lift military program in the world. Bell's MV-75 FLRAA aircraft will become the Army's primary assault aircraft for the next 30 years, sunsetting UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters and advancing the Army's assault capabilities. The MV-75 program is utilizing the latest in cutting edge technology to expand the United States Army’s tactical advantage in future conflicts.
This position is onsite at Bell's Amarillo Texas facilities.
Quality Team – Operations Specialist, Build Process Program Planning, Amarillo, TX
As we build out aircraft for the FLRAA program, the Amarillo Quality Assurance Department ensures adherence to our Quality Management System (QMS), conformity to our engineering requirements and communicates both verbally and in writing at all levels of management.
This role will initially be assisting Quality operations in the build process new program plan reviews and receiving inspection plan creation . Will ensure all new planned instructions have inspect points embedded in appropriate and sensible locations and meets the Army requirements for CSI (Critical Safety Item) parts.
Eventually, role will evolve into quality liaison for repeat or high-risk defects between Manufacturing, Quality Engineering Production Engineering and Engineering. Other duties can include assistance in startup programs or processes.
