The Opportunity :

We are seeking a compassionate, hard-working, and patient-focused medical receptionist. We are looking for a reliable individual with excellent communication skills to be the welcoming voice and face of our office in Edison, NJ. This is a flexible part-time opportunity where you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive and caring experience for all our patients.

What We're Looking For :

• REQUIRED : Excellent communication skills, clarity, and fluency in English.
• Preferred : Korean language skills (verbal fluency is a strong advantage).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills —warmth, kindness, and patience are essential
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle various front desk responsibilities
• Professional telephone manner with a genuinely caring tone
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain composure in busy situations
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and record-keeping
