Requirements
2 years working on the parts counter at a Ford dealership
Ford Parts Counterperson Certified
Strong Ford parts catalog knowledge (Motorcraft / Omnicraft / PTS)
Proven accuracy in pulling invoicing binning special order handling
Professional customer-facing parts counter skills phone / wholesale / internal RO support
Preferred
CDK experience
Wholesale / front-counter retail experience
Warranty return familiarity
