Key Responsibilities :
- Client Interaction : Welcome clients and their pets, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
- Appointment Management : Schedule and coordinate appointments, procedures, and clinic operations
- Communication : Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide service information
- Record Keeping : Maintain accurate client and patient records while ensuring confidentiality
- Check-In & Check-Out : Process client paperwork, verify information, and handle payments
- Billing : Assist with calculating fees, processing payments, and invoicing
- Client Education : Provide pet care information and answer general questions
- Facility Maintenance : Keep the reception area organized and welcoming
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with veterinary staff to ensure seamless operations
- Emergency Response : Handle urgent situations calmly, directing clients appropriately
- Problem Solving : Address client concerns with professionalism, escalating as needed
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent1+ years of customer service experience (veterinary hospital experience preferred)1+ years of hospitality experience (creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to type 45+ WPM and use a 10-key calculatorComfortable entering data into medical records with accuracy and efficiencyWho You Are :

New casual employees are required to complete a minimum of four full training shifts (8 hours each) before being eligible to pick up independent shifts. Additionally, casual team members must commit to working at least one shift per month to maintain active status.
Compensation : $22 - $26 hourly.
5.50 / hr differential paid for any hours worked between 6pm - 6am
