Compensation : $98,000 - $108,000 Base + 10-15% Bonus

What We're Looking For :

• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Treasury, or Corporate FP&A
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CTP or MBA a plus)
• Experience in cash flow modeling, forecasting, treasury ops, or banking relationships
• Sharp analytical mindset and a bias toward proactive problem-solving
• Confidence to challenge the status quo and pivot when the facts do
• Prior exposure to financial systems like FIS Integrity, Hyperion / OneStream, or JDE a plus

You'll operate at the intersection of financial strategy and treasury execution. Reporting to a Director who values independence and initiative, your work will directly influence how capital is deployed across land development, vertical construction, and corporate growth.
