At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant, with a focus on pediatric care.Urgent Care Procedures :
Proficiency in laceration repair, initial fracture management, and reduction of nursemaid's elbow.Licensing & Regulatory Knowledge :
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory guidelines (OSHA, CLIA) and maintaining a valid, unencumbered Texas RN license.Certification :
Active certification by national certifying bodies recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing (PNP-BC, FNP-BC) or NCCPA.PALS Certification :
