  • Pearland, Sugarland and Webster Job Description : We are seeking dynamic and innovative Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our Pediatric Urgent Care team.
  • As a valued member of our team, you will collaborate with medical directors and site physicians to deliver age-appropriate care under established protocols.
  • Your responsibilities will include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment initiation, and independent decision-making.

  • Pediatric Assessment & Treatment :

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (PNP or FNP) or Physician Assistant, with a focus on pediatric care.
  • Urgent Care Procedures :

  • Proficiency in laceration repair, initial fracture management, and reduction of nursemaid's elbow.
  • Licensing & Regulatory Knowledge :

  • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory guidelines (OSHA, CLIA) and maintaining a valid, unencumbered Texas RN license.
  • Certification :

  • Active certification by national certifying bodies recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing (PNP-BC, FNP-BC) or NCCPA.
  • PALS Certification :

  • Current certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

  • Salary range for this position is $60-$75 an hour.
