Home Health Aides and CNA

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides or CNAs for the Easton area to assist with our client who is in need of support and companionship.

Available Shifts :

Weekends and Weekdays, Weekend availability is a PLUS!

Morning shifts, typically a 3-4-hour shifts, example 8am-12pm, 9am-12pm, 9am-1pm, or 10am-2pm

Day shifts : examples : 9am-3pm, 12pm-5pm (these are examples only, client dictates what is needed)

Traditions Home Health Services is seeking to hire a couple of CNAs and / or HHAs for this case. Here at Traditions Home Health Services we offer a small consistent team for our clients. These would be permanent hours.

Job Description :

• Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
• Assist with light housekeeping
• Encourage walking, exercising according to Care Plan
• Providing stimulating conversation
• Activities
• Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders / CarePlan
• Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
• Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
