Strategy And Ventures Team Member

Partnering with our business verticals and functions, the Strategy and Ventures team is assisting with their near- and longer-term growth strategies, as well as shaping our 2025 corporate strategy. We are also progressing ResMed's corporate development agenda, focusing on growth through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partnerships and new business creation.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated strategist, with expertise in corporate, business segment, and M&A strategy, to join the dynamic Strategy and Ventures team.

As a thought leader / partner to executives and leaders across Resmed, this position will play a key role in shaping Resmed's strategy, with specific focus on growth and M&A strategy and execution.

Let's talk about key responsibilities :

• Leads growth and M&A strategy development initiatives, is a leading voice in the development of Resmed's growth and M&A strategic agenda.
• Identifies industry, market and emerging trends and derives insights and implications for the business.
• Evaluates potential opportunities for organic and inorganic expansion and growth.
• Is able to lead analysis, contemplate the strategic rationale for M&A opportunities and recommend / evaluate high priority targets.
• Identifies priority partnerships and minority venture investment opportunities that drive competitive advantage for Resmed and accelerate profitable growth.
• Actively builds market and competitive intelligence both to inform strategic decisions and the wider business development process.
• Coordinates the execution of strategic initiatives, develops and tracks implementation plans to ensure the focus and discipline required to achieve goals.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate's geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is $187,000 - $282,000 USD Annual
